- Services: Any service offered by AppleBerry Repairs, including but not limited to repairs, replacements, diagnostics, and maintenance.
3. Scope of Services
AppleBerry Repairs specializes in repair services for Apple products. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, screen replacements, battery replacements, software diagnostics, and other repair-related services. All repair services are carried out by experienced technicians using high-quality replacement parts.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Service Eligibility
Customers may schedule an appointment through our Site or by visiting our store. Service availability is subject to the condition of your Device and our assessment. We reserve the right to refuse service for Devices that have been previously tampered with by unauthorized third parties or in cases where repair is deemed unsafe.
5. Warranty
AppleBerry Repairs provides a limited warranty of 90 days (three months) on all repair services. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by accidental drops, misuse, liquid exposure, or any external impact.
- Repairs performed by a third party after our service.
- Software-related issues or data recovery.
6. Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered are due upon completion of the repair. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. If there are any disputes regarding charges, please contact us within 14 days of the payment date. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made promptly.
7. Estimates and Diagnosis
All repair services begin with a free diagnostic evaluation to determine the extent of the issue and to provide an estimated cost. Estimates are subject to change if additional problems are identified during the repair process. In such cases, we will notify you of the revised estimate before proceeding.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data you share with us. However, it is your responsibility to back up all data before submitting your Device for repair. 9. Customer Responsibilities
- Data Backup: You are responsible for backing up all personal data before providing your Device to us. We will not be responsible for any data loss or corruption.
- Device Condition: The Device must be presented to us in its entirety, including all components such as the screen, battery, and accessories. If any parts are missing or tampered with, additional charges may apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
AppleBerry Repairs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.
11. Third-Party Products and Services
We may use third-party products (e.g., replacement parts) or services to complete your repair. These products and services come with their own warranties, and AppleBerry Repairs cannot guarantee their performance beyond what is provided by the third-party manufacturer.
12. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, using our Services to engage in illegal activity, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
13. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Customers may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Refunds for repairs or services are offered at our discretion. If a repair cannot be completed or if a warranty claim is valid, we may issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AppleBerry Repairs, its employees, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or your negligence or misconduct.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
